All your comments don't change the fact that anyone who isn't a dealer will admit that the LS650 is a bargain bike with subpar brakes, shocks, performance. A transitional bike for most who get bored of its handling flaws and lack of versatility. I ride every day - the bike is great when it's dry out and I'm steering clear of any freeway. Otherwise, it doesn't really excel at anything.
To sum up - it doesn't matter what you think. Everything you say is a waste of time. Why? Because you probably have different needs and perceptions when it comes to figuring out what a good bike is.
I'm not gonna consult my manual to find out exactly how long my Savage is. That would be a waste of time (I mean give me a break dude, you make me think of the comic book store owner in the Simpsons). All I need to consult is my common sense - which we don't seem to share unfortunately, and figure out I want a different bike.
